On June 10, 2021, the training course “Appeals against court decisions in criminal proceedings” was completed, within which the following trainings took place:

“Appeals against court decisions in the court of appeal”;

“Appeals against court decisions in the cassation court”;

“Drafting of appeals and cassation complaints”.

The training course lasted from 8 to 10 June 2021 at the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine.

The participants of the trainings improved their knowledge on the uniform application of the provisions of criminal and criminal procedural legislation in practice during the appeal of decisions in the court of appeal. Moreover, participants were able to improve their skills of preparation of appeals.

The trainers of the Training Course were:

Diana Danko – Prosecutor of the Prosecutor General’s Office;

Oksana Kabysh – Chief Research Department Member of the Department of Teacher Training (Coaches) of the National School of Judges of Ukraine, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor.

Mykhailo Podoliak – Prosecutor of the Prosecutor General’s Office;

Mykola Kurapov – lawyer, practitioner.
