“Aspects of proving crimes related to child sexual abuse, including online abuse and child pornography”

Today, the training course “Aspects of proving crimes related to sexual abuse of children, including online abuse, and child pornography” ended.

On December 7, the training “Features of pre-trial investigation and procedural guidance in criminal proceedings related to sexual abuse of children” was held.

Trainers:

Iryna Uriumova – International expert of the Council of Europe;

Maryna Lehenka – Expert of the Council of Europe, vice-president of the NGO “La Strada – Ukraine”;

Yuliia Usenko – Head of the Department for the Protection of the Interests of Children and Combating Violence of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;

Olena Polehenka – Prosecutor of the Department of Procedural Guidance and Support of Public Prosecution of the Department of Procedural Guidance and Representation in the Sphere of Child Protection of the Department of Protection of Children’s Interests and Counteraction to Violence of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;

Denys Klinh – Senior inspector of the first department of the first department of the Cyberpolice Department of the National Police of Ukraine;

Serhii Malyna – Head of the First Department of the First Department of the Cyber Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine.

On December 8, the participants of the course discovered the topic “Peculiarities of proving crimes committed against children using the Internet”.
