A three-day training course was completed at the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine, within which the following trainings were conducted:
“Peculiarities of Evidence in Criminal Proceedings / Criminal-Legal Qualification of Corruption Criminal Offenses”, “Interaction of the Prosecutor with Operational and Other Units, Investigative and Judges during Criminal Proceedings”, “Peculiarities of the covert investigative activities”.
On the first day, prosecutors mastered their knowledge of evidence in criminal proceedings in the field of official activities and increased the level of professional competence in the field of criminal law qualification of corruption offenses.

Stanislav Papazov – Prosecutor of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;
Olena Shvydka – Prosecutor of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.
On the second day, prosecutors will improve the skills of the prosecutor’s interaction with operational and other units, the investigator and the judge during criminal proceedings.

Denys Hiulmahomedov – Head of the Detective Department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine;
Eduard Skubak – Senior detective of the Detective Department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
On the third day – to improve knowledge and skills in the application of statutory powers of the prosecutor during covert investigative actions; to practice the skills of effective usage of the results of these actions as evidence.

Ivantsov Ihor – Deputy Head of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;
