On February 2, 2022, the training course “Prosecutor’s supervision of observance of laws in places of detention” was completed, within which the following trainings were conducted:

“Priorities of prosecutorial oversight of compliance with laws in places of detention and prospects for its transformation”,

“Fundamental rights of prisoners and convicts in places of detention, current national and international standards for the treatment of prisoners. The practice of prosecutors’ response to identified violations of the law”,

“Prosecutors’ activities in compliance with the law in the field of execution of non-custodial sentences and in court proceedings on the execution of a sentence.”
