8 October, 2020 the director of the Prosecutor`s Training Center of Ukraine Olesia Otradnova and the director International Institute “Аktio-Ekspert” signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoC).

The Prosecutor`s Training Center of Ukraine was represented by the director Olesia Otradnova and head of the external relations department Anastasiia Markelova. The International Institute “Аktio-Ekspert” was represented by director Vladislav Maksimov, Volodymyr Yampolskiy, lawyer and managing partner “Law firm “Aktio” and Petro Shatkovskyi, partner “Law firm “Aktio” during the ceremony of signing the Memorandum on cooperation.

The MoC will enhance cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including inter-alia, ad hoc trainings` capacity in the area of communication between different participants of the trial, mainly prosecutor, lawyer and judge; developing joint mechanisms for practical cooperation in the field of soft skills trainings for legal officers.

Both sides, through the MoC, affirm cooperation in different practical events.
