On March 12, 2021, the three-day training course “Prosecutor’s role in Restorative Justice” for prosecutors of local prosecutor’s offices ended at the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine.
Day 1, March 10, 2021
Training “Prosecutor in criminal proceedings on the release of a person from criminal liability in the context of restorative justice.”

Day 3, March 12, 2021
Training “Prosecutor’s role in criminal proceedings on the basis of agreements”.

- Kurapov Mykola – lawyer, practitioner
- Koval Roman – chairman of the NGO “Institute of Peace and Understanding”.
During the trainings, prosecutors gained new knowledge about restorative justice and practiced new skills and abilities, such as:
– participation in criminal proceedings on the release of a person from criminal liability in the context of restorative justice;
– participation in simplified court proceedings in the context of restorative justice, as well as in criminal proceedings on the basis of agreements.
