On March 12, 2021, the training course “Representation of the interests of the state in court in the field of land relations” has ended.

It lasted from March 10 to 12, 2021. The following trainings took place within the training course:

“General issues of representation by the prosecutor of the interests of the state in court in the field of land relations.”

“Features of protection in court of violated interests of the state on the land of certain categories, the choice of methods of protection”;

“Lawsuit, participation, initiation of review and execution of court decisions in the field of land relations.”

During the training, prosecutors improved their level of professional competence, which will help them in representing the interests of the state in court in the field of land relations.

Trainers were:

Oksana Osadcha – head of the Department of Representation of the State’s Interests in Court of the Prosecutor General’s Office ;

Oleksiy Melnyk – deputy head of the Department of Representation of State Interests in Court – head of the First Department of Representation of State Interests in Court of the Prosecutor General’s Office;

Natalia Vasylenko – deputy head of the Department of Representation of State Interests in Court – head of the Third Department of Representation of State Interests in Court of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
