On October 6, 2021, the training course “Representation by the prosecutor of the interests of the state in court on state and communal property” was completed, within which the following trainings were conducted:
“General issues of organization of representation by the prosecutor of the interests of the state in court in the field of state and communal property. Substantiation of the claim. Sources of information, methods of protection”,
“Practical implementation of the powers of the prosecutor. Features of protection of the violated interests of the state in court. Examples of typical violations”,
“Judicial practice. Initiation of review and execution of court decisions”.

Oksana Osadcha – Head of the Department of Representation of State Interests in Court of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;
Nataliia Vasylenko – Deputy Head of the Department of Representation of State Interests in Court – Head of the Third Department of Representation of State Interests in Court of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;
Yuliia Hudymenko – Head of the department of representation of state interests on issues of state and communal property of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.
Yuliia Nechyporenko – Head of the Main Department for Cultural Heritage and Museums of the Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Museums of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, was invited as an expert. as well as to answer questions that arise during the protection of the interests of the state in court in the field of protection of cultural heritage.
