On October 26-28, 2021, the training course “Effective Head of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office” took place.
During the training course “Organization of the regional prosecutor’s office” participants worked out the organization of work and features of its components, namely: distribution of responsibilities among employees, work planning, giving tasks and sending letters, coordination of law enforcement agencies, analytical work and control in the prosecutor’s office, organization of work of the head of the prosecutor’s office in criminal proceedings.

Moderator: Inna Bevziuk – Consultant of the analytical department for the training of prosecutors, who directly participated in the development of the training concept together with Viktoriia Lytovka – Сonsultant of the same department.
Training “Emotional leadership of a modern leader”
Leadership potential of the head of the prosecutor’s office (in particular, methods of diagnosing the level of leadership qualities), emotional intelligence as the basis of emotional leadership, communication technologies using emotional intelligence (emotional intelligence as a mechanism of information exchange, SMART task setting methods) – the main blocks of questions together with trainer of the training- Ihor Koziakov – professor of Kyiv National Economic University, doctor of law, professor. Undoubtedly, this will help improve the leadership qualities of the head of the prosecutor’s office on the basis of emotional intelligence. The moderator of the event was Inna Bevziuk – consultant of the analytical department for the training of prosecutors, who was directly involved in the development of the training concept.

With the help of the trainer of the training – Raisa Lenda – Associate Professor of Information Policy Management of the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor, Expert in Communication and Language, adjusted their verbal image, which shows the general level of language and speech competence of prosecutors. The moderator of the event and co-developer of the training concept is Svitlana Shtanko – Consultant of the analytical department for the training of prosecutors.
