On November 25, 2021, the three-days training course “Digital Evidence in Criminal Proceedings” was completed at the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine.
The following trainings were conducted within the course: “Evidence obtained as a result of covert investigative activities”, “Collection and examination of evidence in electronic form during criminal proceedings”, “Analysis and use of evidence in electronic form during criminal proceedings”.
During the training “Evidence obtained as a result of covert investigative activities” participants improved their knowledge and skills in the application of statutory powers of the prosecutor during covert investigative actions; practiced the skills of effective use of the results of these actions as evidence and preparation of procedural documents.

During the training “Collection and examination of evidence in electronic form during criminal proceedings”, prosecutors mastered the methods of collection and examination of electronic (digital) evidence; practiced the skills of presenting evidence in court in electronic form in criminal proceedings.

The third training “Analysis and use of evidence in electronic form during criminal proceedings” took place on November 25 as part of the training course. Prosecutors have mastered the techniques of collecting and examining electronic (digital) evidence; practiced the skills of the prosecutor to present evidence in court in electronic form in criminal proceedings.
