On November 11, 2021, a training meeting was held at the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine to discuss the draft Concept for the Development of Criminal Justice and the Law Enforcement System.

The participants of the meeting discussed the following issues:

• expert (working) group’s results on preparation of the draft Concept of development of criminal justice and law enforcement system;
• Draft Concept;
• current problems of criminal justice and law enforcement systems, which were left out of consideration during the development of the draft Concept and need to be included in it.

The working meeting was moderated by Oleksii Boniuk, Head of the Department of Criminal Law Policy and Investment Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, and Olesia Otradnova, Director of the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine.

Participants: Roman Romanov, Mykola Khavroniuk,  Andrii Orlean,  Erik Svanidze,  Vitalii Hatseliuk,  Yevhen Krapyvin,  Andrii Lapkyn,  Artur Karvatskyi,  Tetiana Sokolan,  Svitlana Oliinyk,  Irmantas Mikelionis,  Eleonora Belei,  Viktoriia Rozhnova, Borys Malyshev.

At the end of the meeting, all members of the expert group agreed on further steps in the work process on the Concept.
