“Procedural guidance and support of public prosecution against acquisitive offences”

From November 22 to 24, 2021, the Prosecutors Training Center of Ukraine hosted a training course “Procedural guidance and support of public prosecution against acquisitive offences”, which included the following trainings:

“Criminal-legal qualification of criminal offenses”;

“Evidence and proof”;

“Introductory and accusatory speeches of the prosecutor, direct and cross-examination.”

Trainers:

Nataliia Yarmysh – expert in criminal law qualification of crimes, doctor of law, professor;

Mykhailo Moroz – Prosecutor of the Sviatoshynsky District Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv;

Nataliia Marchuk – Judge of the Supreme Court;

Stanislav Petrenko – Prosecutor of the Podolsk District Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv;

Andrii Perov – Prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office;

Andrii Kasian – Prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.

Moderators:

Berdnik Inna – consultant of the analytical department of training of prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Training center of Ukraine, doctor of legal sciences, associate professor;

Ihor Pylypenko – expert of the analytical department of training of prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine;

Arevik Abramiants – expert of the analytical department of training of prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine.
