On December 16, 2021, the three-day training course “Digital Evidences in Criminal Proceedings” was completed at the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine.
The following trainings were conducted within the training course: “Evidence obtained as a result of the covert investigative activities”, “Collection and examination of evidence in digital form during criminal proceedings” and “Analysis and usage of evidence in digital form during criminal proceedings”.
During the training “Evidence obtained as a result of the covert investigative activities” participants improved their knowledge and skills in the application of prosecutor’s statutory powers during covert investigative activities; practiced the skills of effective usage of the results of these actions as evidence and preparation of procedural documents.

During the training “Collection and examination of evidence in digital form during criminal proceedings”, prosecutors mastered methods of collection and examination of digital (electronic) evidence; practiced the skills of presenting evidence in court in electronic form in criminal proceedings.

The third training “Analysis and usage of evidence in digital form in criminal proceedings” took place on November 25 as part of the training course. Prosecutors mastered the methods of collecting and examining electronic (digital) evidences; practiced the skills of the prosecutor to present evidences in court in electronic form in criminal proceedings.
