On December 16, a three-day training course “Prosecutor’s participation in restorative justice” was completed. The following trainings were conducted during the course: “Prosecutor in criminal proceedings for relief from criminal responsibility as part of restorative justice”, “Prosecutor’s participation in summary proceedings” and “Prosecutor’s participation in criminal proceedings on the terms and pursuant to the conditions set out in the agreement.”
