On December 6-8, 2021, the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine hosted a training course “Prosecutor’s representation of the State interests in court in the budget sphere”, within which the following trainings were conducted:

“General issues of the organization of the prosecutor’s representation of the interests of the State in court in the budget sphere. Justification of the claim. Sources. Methods of protection”,

“Practical implementation of the prosecutor’s powers. Features of protection of the interests of the State in court. Typical violations”,

“Judicial practice. Initiation of review and execution of court decisions”.

During three days, prosecutors increased the level of professional competence in representing the interests of the State in court in the budget sphere.

Ivan Turchyn – Deputy Head of the Department for Representation of the State Interests in Court – Head of the Second Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;

Bohdan Khytryk – Head of the Department of Representation of the State interests in the budget sphere of the second department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;

Ihor Zuzak – Deputy Head of the Department for Representation of the State Interests in Court – Head of the First Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.
