On January 27, the 3-day training course “Procedural guidance of pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses in the matter of official activities” ended at the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine.
The following trainings were conducted during the training course:
“Peculiarities of evidence in criminal proceedings. Criminal qualification of corruption criminal offenses”;
“Prosecutor’s interaction with operational and other subdivisions, inquiry officer and judge during criminal proceedings”;
“Specifics of conducting covert investigative (search) activities.”

Dmytro Nesterenko – head of the detective department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine;
Vasyl Martyniuk – first deputy head of the Zdolbuniv District Prosecutor’s Office;
Kostiantyn Karaman – first deputy head of the Luhansk Regional Prosecutor’s Office;
Ihor Ivantsov – deputy head of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.
