“Procedural guidance of pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses in the matter of official activities”

On January 27, the 3-day training course “Procedural guidance of pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses in the matter of official activities” ended at the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine.

The following trainings were conducted during the training course:

“Peculiarities of evidence in criminal proceedings. Criminal qualification of corruption criminal offenses”;

“Prosecutor’s interaction with operational and other subdivisions, inquiry officer and judge during criminal proceedings”;

“Specifics of conducting covert investigative (search) activities.”

Trainers:

Nataliia Yarmysh – expert in criminal law crimes qualification, doctor of law, professor;

Dmytro Nesterenko – head of the detective department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine;

Vasyl Martyniuk – first deputy head of the Zdolbuniv District Prosecutor’s Office;

Kostiantyn Karaman – first deputy head of the Luhansk Regional Prosecutor’s Office;

Ihor Ivantsov – deputy head of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.

Moderators:

Inna Berdnik – consultant of the analytical department of training of prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine, doctor of juridical science, associate professor;

Lesia Yevropina – consultant of the analytical department for the training of prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine.
