On January 26, the three-day training course “Prosecutor’s participation in criminal proceedings on drug trafficking crimes” finished. The following trainings were conducted during the course:

“Working with cases of the wrongdoers of drug trafficking”,

“Procedural guidance of pre-trial investigation of drug trafficking crimes”,

“Public prosecution in criminal proceedings of drug trafficking crimes.”

Trainers:

Diana Danko – prosecutor;

Mykhailo Podoliak – prosecutor of Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;

Larysa Oliinyk – senior forensic expert of the Department of Materials, Substances and Products Research of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise;

Yehor Aushev – cybersecurity expert.

Participants increased the level of professional competence in criminal proceedings for criminal offenses in illicit drug trafficking.
