Peculiarities of procedural guidance and support of public prosecution in criminal proceedings involving children

On February 4, the training course “Peculiarities of procedural guidance and support of public prosecution in criminal proceedings involving children” ended. Following trainings were conducted within the course:

“Peculiarities of the organization of procedural guidance and support of public prosecution in criminal proceedings where children are victims”,

“Prosecutor’s powers in criminal proceedings against minors. Application of coercive measures of an educational nature”,

“Peculiarities of interrogation of children regardless of their procedural status. Psychological aspects of the child’s interrogation.”

Anna Kozlova – specialist-psychologist in the field of investigation of crimes against children, forensic expert, PhD;

Alona Ivanchenko – head of the Department for the Performance of the Functions of the Prosecutor’s Office in respect of minors who are in conflict with the law of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;

Oksana Dekhtiaruk – prosecutor of the Department for the Performance of the Functions of the Prosecutor’s Office in respect of minors who are in conflict with the law of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;

Iryna Shurkhno – prosecutor of the Department for the Performance of the Functions of the Prosecutor’s Office in respect of minors who are in conflict with the law of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine;

Iryna Yakovets – chief researcher of the Department of Research of Criminal and Criminal-Executive Law of the Аcademician Stashis Scientific Research Institute for the Study of Crime Problems, Doctor of Law, Senior Researcher;

Nataliia Pashko – psychologist, coordinator in the field of work with children and adolescents of the Institute of Health Psychology.
