On December 9, 2020, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine and the National School of Judges of Ukraine, signed by Olesia Otradnova, director of the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine, and Mykola Onishchuk, rector of the National School of Judges of Ukraine.
“This is an important event for us, because the National School of Judges of Ukraine is one of the key partners of our Training Center. In the future we will have a very active cooperation in the field of joint training programs, research and events.
We are open to cooperation and will do everything to make justice in our country real,” Olesia Otradnova said in her speech.
Mykola Onishchuk added: “The Constitution states that the Prosecutor’s Office is part of justice.”
The National School of Judges of Ukraine was represented by rector Mykola Onishchuk, vice-rector for research and methodological work Nataliia Shuklina, vice-rector for judicial training Anatolii Kostenko, vice-rector for organizational activities Volodymyr Mazurok, and the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine was represented by Olesia Otradnova, head of the external relations department Anastasiia Markelova, head of the analytical training department for prosecutors Andrii Orlean.
In general, the cooperation of the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine and the National School of Judges of Ukraine will promote the formation of priority areas and format of joint research and educational activities, support for joint research and development in the field of law, in particular the improvement of justice system, research and methodological support of courts and judicial bodies, prosecutors and civil servants of the prosecutor’s office.
