On December 22, 2020, the director of the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine Olesia Otradnova signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the rector of the Law Enforcement Academy under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ergali Merzadynov.

According to the Memorandum of Cooperation, the Parties will make every effort to exchange experts and involve them in trainings.

Among other things, it is planned to hold joint research and practical events and exchange experience in the field of basic training of prosecutors.

The signatories will also promote the implementation of initiatives and projects to create conditions for effective learning in a training format on the prevention of drug trafficking, human trafficking, money laundering.

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum was also attended by the vice-rector of the Academy Maralbek Eshimov and the prosecutor of the department of international Cooperation Abylai Akai. The Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine was represented by the head of the analytical training department for prosecutors Andrii Orlean, and head of the external relations department Anastasiia Markelova.
