Today, February 18, 2021, by order of the director of the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine, a new Development Strategy for years 2021-2023 was approved (hereinafter – the Strategy).
The development of the Strategy is driven by the need for consistent strategic planning, i.e. identification of clear priority actions aimed at implementing effective training and professional development of prosecutors and civil servants. It is also driven by the need of implementation of principles, values, priorities of the Development Strategy for prosecutor’s offices for years 2021-2023, which was approved by the order of the Prosecutor General’s Office dated October 16, 2020 № 489.
The development of the Strategy is also determined by the need to identify key areas of activity of the PTCU. The Strategy is aimed at improving the effectiveness of professional training of prosecutors and civil servants in the new socio-cultural environment by taking into account the best international experience.
