From October 5 to 7, 2021, training for civil servants of categories “B” of the prosecutor’s office on the general short-term training program “Teamwork” continued.

On the first day – the training participants well-thought-out the following topics: “The concept of a team. The difference between a staff and a team. Characteristic features of the team. Rules for creating a team “; “Orientation of the manager’s style of work to the team. The main advantages and disadvantages of teamwork. Motivational and demotivating influences in the team “.

On the second day – considered the basic concepts of team theory, its role structure; the essence of positive motivation for the team style of professional activity; mechanisms of information distortion and basics of interpretation of nonverbal information, methods of argumentation or techniques of verbal self-defense.

On the third day – the participants of the training pumped their skills in managing conflicts in the team and detecting manipulation in the team.
