On November 10, 2021, three-day training on a special short-term training program “Teamwork” for civil servants of categories “B” was completed at the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine. The training lasted from 8 to 10 November.

The participants accumulated knowledge on group dynamics and principles of team formation in the work of a civil servant, as well as practiced the skills of effective team interaction with the use of modern socio-psychological technologies, methods and tools.

The trainers: Borshch Hryhorii, associate professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Regional Administration, Local Self-Government and City Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and Tytarenko Oleksandr, Associate Professor, Candidate of State. Director, Associate Professor of Regional Management, Local Self-Government and City Management of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and Vynohradova Viktoriia, Head of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Institute of Humanities of V. I. Vernadsky Taurida National University, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Doctor of Psychological Sciences.
